Have I mentioned how much I love Dandelion Communitea Cafe in Orlando, FL? Beautiful, friendly faces * great-tasting, healthy food * delicious beverages * wonderful venue for original music and independent musicians! I played inside in the main dining room Saturday night and was humbled to see so many friends show up. My son, Jesse, also drove out and played djembe on a couple of songs ... and at the end of the night, his brawn came in handy, as he helped tear down and load up the truck. Thanks, kiddo!
All in all, Saturday night was a lovely distraction as I patiently - I said PATIENTLY - await my CD shipment. Just found out that the arrival date is 3/11 instead of 3/12. Oh my gosh! I'll be home tomorrow ready to pounce on the UPS dude or dudette! Yay, I'm about to be ankle deep in CDs!
