Last night, I performed in downtown Tampa on the Riverwalk in Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. My son and a few of his friends schlepped my musical equipment two blocks from the parking garage (and stayed after the show to carry it all back). I've got one awesome kid, and he has wonderful friends. It was a beautiful sunset, and so many friends came out. The weather held. Oh, and I ate a bug. It flew around my nose for two whole songs, then waited for that one long (mouth wide open) sustained note, and dove right in. Seriously, never underestimate the glamour of this Bardic life!
Speaking of Bardic life, now that the new CD is out (get your copy from me when you see me on the road, or get it at CDBaby.com), I am back on the road for Spring and Summer. Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Connecticut, South Carolina. Get all the tour news at http://www.mamaginamusic.com/#!tour/csml
I have a few openings for house concerts along the way. Wherever you are in the 48 states (US) this year, if you want to host a house concert, PLEASE email me at mnemosyne7@hotmail.com. Let's make this happen! I'll sing for you and your friends ... and if we're outside, I might even eat a bug!
Have a beautiful week, and go do something you love!
